Resumen
Este trabajo estudia los vÃnculos entre historia, memoria y subjetividad en un documental
argentino: M. de Nicolás Prividera. Analiza el recorrido del protagonista
intentando reconstruir la historia de su madre desaparecida durante la última dictadura
militar argentina. Este recorrido se constituye en memoria crÃtica pues supone una
búsqueda activa de fragmentos del pasado, como una interpelación a los otros en esa búsqueda. Este ejercicio de memoria crÃtica es el que habilita al sujeto a la acción
presente y futura. El film evidencia la labor que realizan las nuevas generaciones con
el legado incompleto que recibieron a causa de situaciones traumáticas
Abstract
This paper studies the links among history, memory and subjectivity in an Argentine
documentary: M of Nicolás Prividera. It analyzes the tour of the protagonist who tries
to reconstruct the history of his mother disappeared during the last military Argentine
dictatorship. This tour is constituted in critical memory since it supposes an active
search of fragments of the past, as an interpellation to others in this search. This
exercise of critical memory is the one that enables the subject to present and future
actions. The film demonstrates the labor that the new generations realize with the
incomplete legacy that they received because of traumatic situations.
